I contacted tech support at Synium Software GmbH, who attempted to give me worthless instructions on how to generate a report from the software program, so they could “investigate” the issue on hand. ![]() I have attempted to remove the software program several times, but nothing gets better. “CloudTree Sync and Share” fails too, although I have plenty of space available (135 GB). The program not responding when using it occurs on a daily basis, VERY frustrating. Unfortunately, there are many, many problems with the software this time too. Bought myself a new iMac too, expecting to have a lot of fun with family research. I have used MacFamilyTree for several years and therefore I bought the latest issue, MacFamilyTree 9, and hoped for better software this time. ![]()
